Is Heritage Avenue specifically for Black plus-size women?

Heritage Avenue was created with Black plus-size women at the center , our bodies, our style, our stories and the way we want to feel in our clothes. We built the kind of fashion space we felt was missing: one where Black plus-size women are never an afterthought. Everyone who feels at home here is always welcome.

Will these styles actually work on a plus-size body?

That’s one of the first things we consider when choosing our collections. We look for pieces that feel comfortable, flattering and beautiful on curves , because we don’t believe your body should be something your clothes are designed to hide.

How will I know how an item will look on my body?

Use the product photos and available sizing information to help choose your style. If measurements are not shown or you need help with fit, email info@heritage-avenue.com with the product name before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizing varies between styles. Check the sizing information available on the product page. If measurements are not shown, email info@heritage-avenue.com with the product name before ordering.

Do I need to size up because I’m plus-size?

Not automatically. Your size should be based on your measurements and the individual style, not simply because you have curves. Check the available sizing information, or contact us for help before ordering.

What sizes do you carry?

Available sizes vary by style. The sizes available for each item are shown in its product-page size selector.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with tracking.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or if I don’t like it?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery . Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Email us at info@heritage-avenue.com or use our Contact page and we will send you the return instructions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal tracking number. You can then track your package anytime through our Order Tracking Page .

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days , and delivery takes 5-9 business days after that, so 6-12 business days in total. You receive tracking updates by email. See our Shipping Policy .

How can I contact you if I have questions?

Email us at info@heritage-avenue.com , call +1 307 430 1238 or use our Contact page . We reply within 24 hours on business days.

HERITAGE AVENUE STARTED WITH A SIMPLE BELIEF.

Every Black curvy woman deserves beautiful clothing in her size.

We were tired of seeing beautiful styles that stopped before our size. So we built a store where Black curvy women never have to wonder if their size exists: every piece we select comes in extended sizes, with sizing information available on the product page or from our customer service team.

Thank you for being part of it.
