Here's how to find your parcel, and what the timeline looks like.

Your tracking link

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It goes to the address you used at checkout. If you can't find it, search your inbox for "Heritage Avenue" and check your spam and promotions folders.

The timeline

  • Order placed. Orders received before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday start processing the same day. Anything after that starts the next business day.
  • Processing: 1-3 business days. We pick, check and pack your order. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Tracking email sent. As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  • In transit: 5-9 business days. On its way to you.
  • Total: 6-12 business days from placing the order to having it in hand.

My tracking hasn't updated

Please allow up to 2 business days after dispatch for the carrier to activate tracking. Before the first scan, the tracking link may show that a shipping label has been created.

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 12 business days, email us at info@heritage-avenue.com with your order number and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.

Multiple parcels

Orders with several items are sometimes split across more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number. If part of your order arrives and the rest hasn't, check whether you received a second tracking email.

Marked as delivered but not received

Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a little early, or leave it with a neighbor or in a safe place. Check around your property and with your neighbors first. If it still hasn't turned up 48 hours after the delivery scan, contact us with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Wrong address

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us straight away and we'll correct the address. Once it's with the carrier we can't change the destination, but we can arrange a redelivery or another solution once it comes back to us.
